About
Pacific Serenity is a private property offering holiday accommodation on the ridgeline at Coopers Shoot. It is a lush green oasis with stunning views out to the pacific ocean.
Our vision was to create a private sanctuary, bringing the gardens and grounds to life and along the way restoring our own piece of the Big Scrub rainforest. We have planted over 3000 native trees and shrubs at the property creating a haven for wildlife and humans alike.
In 2019 we embarked upon a plan to develop boutique tourist accommodation with Villa Luca being completed in 2020.
The location is second to none. Incredibly quiet and peaceful but still only 3km from Newrybar, and around 10 minutes to each of Byron, Bangalow or Broken Head.

Villa Luca
Welcome to Villa Luca, our private villa completed in 2020 by renown local builder FortyFour constructions.
Positioned to welcome the ocean views out to Broken Head into the open living space and vast undercover deck. Attention to detail and natural light are pivotal elements that make this unique small home a hero in its field.
Here you will find an inviting space with the finest finishes, stylish furniture and oak flooring. The deck is an entertainer's delight. It is privately positioned and looks out over gardens, green hills and and emerging rainforest to the ocean beyond. There are multiple places to sit, relax and immerse yourself in the serenity.
The living space boasts contemporary furnishings, streams of natural light, skylights with electronic blinds, and louvre windows. Chill on the linen sofa watching the flat screen TV. Relax in the designer leather armchair reading your favourite book. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances and top of the range stone benchtop. The bathroom is finished to the same high standard and boasts a large walk in shower with dual shower heads. There are two bedrooms with the master boasting a recycled four poster bed. The second bedroom is configured with two single beds as standard.
Fully ducted air conditioning completes the space. Outside there is a firepit for the beautiful winter evenings.

Stayed here for a week and loved the place and the area. When in the cottage, we didn’t hear or see anything other than nature. It is so peaceful in the middle of lush greenery. The quality and styling is excellent. Comfortable beds and couch too, great big table, nice solid floorboards. Appliances all great quality. Lovely communication from Bruno too. A very memorable experience all up. Can warmly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Bruno’s villa retreat. The most tranquil, beautiful villa inside and out, surrounded by lush scenery. So many thoughtful considered details which made us feel so comfortable, and at home too. Can’t wait for our next visit. A real gem.

We loved our stay! It was so peaceful and quiet and tucked away. The stars at night were so clear we could see all of the Milky Way. The outdoor tub was serene. It’s just you and the sounds of the birds in the morning, beautiful to sit out and have your morning coffee on the balcony, wish I could have stayed longer!
